Exhibition Terms and Conditions
Applicants must be over 18 years old and living to enter the competition.
There are no restrictions based on age, training or nationality.
Artists cannot apply with artworks that are exclusively contracted with another gallery.
Artists must be the owner and the work(s) submitted are of their own origination.
The artist must hold all moral and intellectual property rights.
The application fee for the submission is non-refundable.
We do not issue invoices for entry payments. You will receive a receipt via email after you have successfully made your payment.
Space 299 reserves the right to reject applications of work that is deemed unsuitable for exhibition, be it explicit or antagonising, at our discretion.
Curation will be done by Space 299.
By submitting artwork you will be granting Space 299 usage rights for your images in their online promotional material for this current and future projects.
All selected artists give permission that images of their artworks, the opening and the exhibition can be used for future promotion by the gallery and their sponsors and partners. The general copyright for each artwork stays with the artist.
The applicant agrees that their email data will be used by Space 299 and their sponsors to inform them about future opportunities, updates and news. By entering work into the open call, shortlisted artists agree to be contacted at any point pre and during the exhibition.
Please ensure you provide us with the correct email addresses and notify us should these change.
Space 299 can not accept any entries for exhibitionn "Light" without correct submission or after the deadline.
The submission deadline is 31 May 2024 midnight CET.
Space 299 reserves the right to change members of the Jury, its sponsors and prizes if necessary at any time during the entire process of the open call and the exhibition.
